Planner/Senior Planner -Fit Out and Refurbishment Main Contractor

The Company

The business delivers Construction and Fit Out projects across multiple sectors including Commercial Office, Healthcare/Life Sciences, High Spec Residential, Education and more.

These will range from fast-track fit outs over a matter of weeks, to more complex cut & carve refurbishments and the occasional out of the ground new build schemes.

Project values up to circa £75m.

The Role

The role is going to see you working across multiple divisions inside this business, offering support and guidance to the other Planner in the business as well as the various Project Managers who can confidently turn their hand to putting together construction programmes.

You will have regular meetings with Board Directors to take a snapshot on where the business is at across their live projects (will have up to 12 at once across the business) and work coming through at tender/pre-construction and then prioritise your week/month.

Someone that has experience working both pre-construction and across live projects will be beneficial, however our client has put a stronger desire on someone to be more capable of project planning (if they had to pick).

Our client has also requested that we try and help them find someone who is technically sound and competent with NEC contracts as well as Primavera P6.

The Salary
In return, our client will be willing to offer a salary ranging anywhere from £70,000 - £95,000 + Package.
