We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to our sales team and assist in achieving sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving customer issues
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends

Experience:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and discounts
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers in person
Experience with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued
Ability to sell products or services effectively, including upselling techniques
