Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable S&C coach to join our team.

As a S&C coach, you will be responsible for providing personalised S&C programs and guidance to clients, members and athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and goals
• Design personalised programs tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
• Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
• Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to educate and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sports coaching or related field is a plus

Job Types:

Salary:
£22.50-£40.50 per hour
