Description

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Fleet Administrator, to support the team in our fast-paced Fleet Department based at our Coventry Kia Main Dealership.

You don't need to have experience in a similar role but you do need to be organised and hard working with a positive, can do attitude and be able to learn quickly.

_ Role & Responsibilities_

The role will involve but is not limited to the following:
Assisting the Fleet Administrator with:

- ordering, taxing and invoicing vehicles

Liasing with customers and lease companies, providing them with updates
Communicating with and booking the services of third parties if required
Coordinating and booking deliveries of vehicles
Working on multiple vehicle brand systems and ensuring information is up to date and correct
General administrative tasks

_ Requirements &

Key Success Criteria:
_

Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
Good IT Skills
Proactive, organised and able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Strong, accurate administration skills including multitasking
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
A full, clean, UK driving licence is also required to assist with moving vehicles from our main compound to the dealership

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm and NO WEEKENDS
