Arbroath, Dundee, Perth, Oban or Argyll
Salary:
£25,703 - £29,879 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As a Fleet, Logistics and Facilities Coordinator your duties will include:
- Help to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles, from commercial lorries, vans and cars and the development of the electrification of our fleet.
- Help to manage turnover of stock in our local stores, ensuring materials are correctly accounted for and stock levels are managed.
- Help with the compliance of our Depots, Offices and Stores, to ensure that the team have safe, clean and organised workplaces to enjoy.
- Help to maintain records of testing and compliance for our Fleet, Facilities, Equipment and Stores to gain and maintain ISO 14001 standards.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Some understanding of logistics, facilities management and compliance.
- An ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and to build relationships to achieve business outcomes.
- An ability to use data to analyse performance and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- An ability to use IT effectively, including knowledge of core Microsoft IT software.
- Must be prepared to travel as and when the business needs require.
