JOB TITLE:
Office Assistant

We are looking for a
Office Assistant to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office administration amongst other general duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Filing documents
  • Contacting local fabric supplies
  • Ensure work areas are maintained
  • Customer enquiries
  • Mail sorting
  • Switchboard operation and diverting calls to relevant departments
  • General administration duties

Personal attributes

  • Fluency English.
  • Digitally savvy and proficient in MS office programmes (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently
  • Fast learner
  • Good written English skills
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both over the telephone, via skype/teams calls and face to face.
  • A high level of organisation
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Ability to work on your own but also as part of a team

WORK PLACE & TRAVEL

  • Showroom Unit Mon
  • Fri (occasional weekends if required for event/exhibitions).
  • Ability work remotely from home few days in a week.
  • Driving license will be useful ,mobile & laptop will be provided.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
