GSL Education London is on the lookout for a dynamic and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join one of their client schools This is a small, friendly school based in Barking and Dagenham, dedicated to helping students with Anxiety.

£15 per hour (£90-£105 per day; based on experience)
Are You the One We're Looking For?
As an
Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of one of our client schools, working closely for the Outreach Service.
We need you to be a pro with Google Docs and Excel spreadsheets, as you'll be arranging tuition timetables for the outreach tutors.
Your role is critical in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our exceptional students.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Outreach Service.
- Assist in managing and organising office files, documents, and records.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, tuition timetables for our Outreach Tutors
- Monitor and respond to inquiries.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Execute tasks as per the requirements of Outreach Service
Qualifications and Skills:

Must have SIMS Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.g. Microsoft Office, copiers, and fax machines).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
