Description
Red Scar Tyres are looking for an experienced HGV Tyre Fitter to join our team at our Preston Depot.

You will provide service and support for customers at the depot and a mobile service for customers in Preston and the surrounding areas.


Red Scar Tyres is part of EFS Global which means there are opportunities around the group, including at our Head Office which has a large Commercial Garage as well as having a Haulage & Distribution arm.

This is a permanent, full time contract, within a small hard-working team.

In return we offer very competitive rates of pay, which will be reviewed in accordance with your performance. Potential earning of up to
£33,850. Enhanced callout rates paid, along with Pension Scheme and On

  • Site parking

The role:

  • You will carry out commercial tyre fitting on an array of vehicles from vans/cars through to heavy good vehicles, tractors etc.
  • In addition, you will be required to perform roadside assistance which is primarily carried out within the local area.
  • Red Scar is highly renowned for being a premium service and offering top notch customer service. This is a customer facing role so you will need to be comfortable in this sort of environment.
  • Hours of work are Monday to Saturday (Saturday being half a day), 44 hours
The requirements to be considered as Commercial Tyre Fitter:

  • REACT Licence advantageous
  • Experience of commercial vehicle tyre fitting.
  • Full Drivers licence.
  • Strong customer service and facing skills.
  • Willingness to take on further duties & responsibilities.

Up to £33,850.00 per year
