As part of the IT Team, you will also be engaging actively with our IT Team in New York, Barcelona, and Copenhagen, in the effort to align the way we do things and help our shared and continuous development of modern technologies, documents, procedures and innovative ideas.
Part of your role will also be to help steer, develop and improve our IT goals, and help build a structure around the way we use the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated and direct IT support to all BIG London staff in a professional manner while maintaining part of your time supporting our other offices
- Set up of new desktops, laptops, and peripherals for staff
- Network and server troubleshooting, and maintenance as required
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshooting of video conference software and hardware
- Manage and maintain our Azure hybrid environment, Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Provide support for other related products, such as Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps
- Monitor and maintain our IT security, including antivirus software and firewalls
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including policies and procedures
- Provide IT training and support to employees, as needed
- IT Onboarding of new employees
- Ensure all service requests and incidents are accurately recorded and managed in the Service Desk's incident management system.
- Communicate relevant updates to, and set clear service expectations with the IT Manager
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Azure hybrid environments and Office 36
- Strong knowledge of Azure hybrid environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Experience with related products, such as Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Is organized, structured and detail oriented with a positive cando attitude
- Has a professional presence and is capable of multitasking
- Is proactive and completes tasks with a sense of urgency
- Feels that no task is too little or too great
- Is a natural peopleperson who enjoys a busy and creative environment
- Demonstrates clear and concise English written and verbal communication and has excellent interpersonal skills
