Job Summary:

As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing product uploads, handling customer enquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our ecommerce platform.

This position offers an opportunity to utilise advanced Excel skills, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Uploads:

• Utilise advanced Excel skills to accurately upload products to the ecommerce platform.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurately represented.

Customer Enquiries Management:

• Handle queries related to returns, damages, order processing, stock availability, and delivery status.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Administrative Tasks:

• Assist in maintaining product databases and ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and optimise ecommerce operations.

Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on product knowledge, ecommerce trends, and customer service best practices.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance Excel proficiency and customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data entry, formulas, and spreadsheet management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and product uploads.
• Proactive attitude towards problemsolving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in ecommerce or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
