Description
We have a fantastic new opening for an Admin Assistant based at our clients office in Grangemouth.

The position is for a minimum of 7 months (maternity cover) - the opportunity may to arise to extend this or hire perm.


Hours:
Monday to Friday


Details of the Role:


  • Filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Telephony work
  • The use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Entering sales and purchase orders into an internal system
  • Picking lists for operations department

Essential Requirements

Competence and ability to use Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel) right away. Previous work history including these tasks.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 7 months


Salary:
£11.54 per hour
