Description

This role is within a small company where multitasking will be key, you will need to be self-motivated, show initiative and be able to see which tasks take priority.

A confident telephone manor is required for chasing of cash. Experience in Excel is essential as a large part of your job will involve using this.

Producing invoices and sending to customers.

Raising credit notes, matching delivery tickets to invoices

Dealing with customer queries

Managing sub-contract accounts (supply & fit)

Dealing with proforma accounts and advising on what accounts can be delivered & what accounts can't be delivered.

Advising of credit limits and insuring companies-updating credit limits on accounts system.

Reconciliation of customer accounts

Taking payments over the telephone

Keeping sales reps updated on overdue accounts

Updating FD on cash flow and any problem accounts

Monthly debtors meeting

General office duties & any other ad hoc duties that may be required to help with the smooth running of the accounts office

£20,475.00-£22,000.00 per year
