Role summary:


Our client, a renowned global investment management firm with a rich history of achievements in the financial sector, is seeking a driven Marketing and Communications Associate to join their London office.

Your Primary duties revolve around the presentation of materials that support sales and client servicing.

You will be gathering data and utilising your expertise in products and markets to create precise content within specified frames.

Additionally you will participate in multiple projects, potentially taking the lead on tasks such as launching product and client campaigns, implementing system upgrades and enhancing process automation.


Primary responsibilities/essential functions:


  • Working closely with Product Marketing, Data and Legal teams to capture and prepare changes and or new materials.
  • Communicate, create mockups and update notes to guide our offshore support teams, on how to implement and then update the material.
  • Fulfilling orders for presentations & pitch materials
  • Reviewing materials for accuracy. Escalates inaccuracies to the appropriate department.
  • Liaising with other teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate collation and completion of material.
  • Formatting data, creating multilingual charts, and potentially suggesting better design layouts for published content to be easily produced in multiple languages.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Data Results or the supporting Investment functions to translate raw data, charts and research into practical and easy to use content.
  • Recommending and designing the layout for the content.
  • Monitoring incoming presentation material orders in the client and material request database (Salesforce).
  • Documenting and proactively reviews the material production process to identify potential ways to streamline processes.
  • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of presentation materials and data resources through interactions with various SMEs.

- **Skills/qualifications**:
  • Demonstrates proactive ability to collaborate and develop and maintain relationships with internal associates and external parties.
  • Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrates strong desktop publishing potentially with some design experience.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams and display sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity.
  • Can do attitude and quick learner with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic and deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible to adapt daily workflow, setting priorities according to business needs.

- **Core requirements**:
  • At least 2-3 years of industry experience.
  • Excellent knowledge & skills of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel in production environment.
  • Must have relevant project management skills.
  • Must be fluent in English although additional languages are beneficial.
  • Main Applications at CG: Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Salesforce, Coric, Tableau & Seismic.
