Care Assistant - Nights Salary**: £11.95 per hour, £22,370 per annum

Location:
Baycroft Orpington, Bromley

Hours & Shift Pattern: 36
hours per week, NIGHTS, 8pm - 8am, 3 x 12 hours shifts (including alternate weekends)

We are now recruiting a dynamic
Care Assistant to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.

Along with previous experience as a Care Assistant, you should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in caring for vulnerable adults.

And in return, you will be responsible for:

Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality
Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility, and physical comfort
Ensuring that our residents eating and drinking needs are met
Reporting to our dedicated nurse team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues, or visitors
Undertaking observations of our residents and document this as necessary in their care plans
Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled

This role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK. We are currently not able to offer visa sponsorship.
