Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm Salary: £10.92 per hour (overtime rates applicable)

Job Type:
Initially temporary, leading to permanent positions

Responsibilities:
As a Garden/Ground Maintenance Operative, you will work as part of a friendly team in the Medway Towns. The main duties will involve assisting with the maintenance of green spaces, including weeding, strimming, planting, and grass cutting. Additional responsibilities include clearing rubbish and emptying bins.


Requirements:


  • No prior experience required, but it is advantageous.
  • A full UK driving license with no disqualifications and a maximum of 6 points for insurance purposes is necessary.

Working Conditions:


  • The work is not limited to specific seasons, and allyearround opportunities are available.
  • The initial roles are temporary, with the possibility of permanent positions after a successful trial period, which also includes a salary increase.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly pay of £10.92, with overtime rates for weekends paid at time and a half and double time.
Salary increase after a successful trial period.
