Description
We have a lovely role here, for a Sales Administrator, to work along side a friendly, busy team in Leatherhead, Surrey.
Our client, a manufacturing organisation, are looking to recruit an organised and dynamic Administrator, who is confident and polite on the telephone, and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that orders are processed promptly and accurately
- Coordinating customer orders
- Liaising with the respective factories/printers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Deal with any customer queries regarding products, quotes and orders
- Assisting in all areas of the business as and when needed
- Offer customers a high level of service and ensure that their needs are met
- General administration
You will have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- A strong team player who uses initiative
- IT Literate with EXCEL
