Regency Guarding & Events are recruiting for professional Security Guards for a prestigious site in Colchester

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
The job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Checking & Securing Access points to the site
Opening & Closing Gates for Visitors, Staff & Contractors
Checking in Visitors to the site
Scanning all Checkpoints an keeping to agreed patrol KPIs
Following any specific client instruction given for the site's security (e.g Locking of gates, Alarming zones etc).
Patrolling our client sites at regular intervals, and utilising the patrol devices to log these.
Remaining vigilant against damage to the business property or staff.
Following company Procedure & protocol for dealing with incidents.
Strict adherence to Health & Safety policies ( and other applicable policies) both client & Company.
Dealing with any incidents appropriately and if necessary escalating to Management or authorities.
Completing a successful handover with the Client/next Regency Officer on shift.
SIA Door Supervision Licence Level 2 or greater.
Good communication skills.
Motivated.
Well presented.
Ability to read and write English to a good standard.
Full Clean Driving Licence
