**German Customer Service Coordinator
Colden Common
£27,000**
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Wild are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team.


Responsibilities include:


  • Processing orders, creating shipping/compliance documents and processing payments
  • Requesting and providing quotations
  • Setting up new accounts and ongoing administrative account maintenance
  • Ensuring excellent, consistent customer service levels
  • Handling and processing customer complaints including arranging refunds and returns
  • Liaising with internal departments including Production in relation to lead times and updates

Skills required:


  • Fluent German essential
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service led role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and towards deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
