£27,000**
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Wild are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing orders, creating shipping/compliance documents and processing payments
- Requesting and providing quotations
- Setting up new accounts and ongoing administrative account maintenance
- Ensuring excellent, consistent customer service levels
- Handling and processing customer complaints including arranging refunds and returns
- Liaising with internal departments including Production in relation to lead times and updates
Skills required:
- Fluent German essential
- Proven experience in a Customer Service led role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Able to work well under pressure and towards deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
