Our amazing clients who are an independent day/boarding school based in West London are looking for a Course Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

As Course Coordinator you will be responsible for managing existing and future programmes to be ran at the school during the summer and easter holidays.

In this role you will be ensuring that programmes run smoothly, and you are on hand for out-of-hourssupport in an emergency.

Duties and tasks:

You will be the main person in charge of all shortterm programmes ran at the school
Recruit and manage a leading team of summer & easter staff in academic, activity and administration roles to assist on the programmes
Work with the Business Director to agree on budgeting and the structure of the course
Work with the Marketing and Admissions team at the school to encourage students to sign up to the shortterm programmes
Always ensure safety of children and staff
Monitor the success of the programmes with regular surveys
Work with the admissions team to improve on precourse communications
Make sure everything runs smooths and everyone enjoys themselves
