Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing your own customer base, processing all their orders and dealing with any queries.


You will be great at:


  • Communication (written and verbal) must have a professional and excellent telephone manner
  • Being a proactive thinker who is striving for improvement within the business and is forthcoming with information/ideas
  • Working well independently but, can also work as part of a team
  • Working crossfunctionally with other departments
  • Carrying out specific tasks with minimum of supervision, and to tight timescales
  • Customer care

You are:


  • Positive, with a good attitude to work with a flexible approach
  • Driven with the confidence to take ideas forwards
  • Looking to learn and contribute to the teams' overall objectives
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good presentation and a courteous, professional manner

You Have:


  • Ideally 2 years' experience in a customer service, supply chain or export environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience of being able to work under timeline pressures
