Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.


One of my well established clients are looking for Recovery Navigators across London to work in a Dependency and Recovery team holding a caseload of male prison leavers and others on community orders providing them with support and creating action plansto navigate their recovery journey.


Duties will include:

  • Delivering Services that enhance recovery treatment as well as providing support to People On Probation with substance misuse issues and other complex needs
  • Making sure data is inputted correctly and accurately
  • Completing SMART Action Plans
  • Completing signposting/referral forms as required
  • Safeguarding
  • Deliver 1:1 Sessions and group work

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge and experience of the criminal justice sector
  • Excellent experience of substance misuse field
  • Experience of 1:1 work as well as group interventions
  • Experience of working with treatment and/or healthcare services
You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting.
