Our client, based in the centre of Brighton, is a leading digital-first marketing agency, who are looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to join their team.


This is an excellent opportunity to join this close knit, passionate team and take your paid media campaign management skills to the next level and have the opportunity to shape the direction of the business every day.


Responsibilities

  • Building campaigns from scratch on all inhouse marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.) to align with the corresponding media plans
  • Leading on Innovative new products and solutions for our clients and creation of new processes for the team and wider company.
  • Opportunity to take part in new business pitches and upselling to current clients.
  • Monitoring, optimising and analysing campaigns as well as giving actionable recommendations for improvements both midflight and after the campaigns have ended
  • Implementing conversion tracking across clients' websites using Google Tag Manager to measure the success of the campaigns
  • Configuring Google Analytics 4 accounts according to best practice, including goal/event tracking
  • Leading client calls/meetings to give feedback, discuss strategy and deliver recommendations
  • Participating in internal team and companywide meetings

Requirements:


  • Indepth knowledge and experience with managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Indepth knowledge and experience with paid social campaigns on Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads & TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Indepth knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager with an active Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients & colleagues.
  • Numerate and very organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy analysing data, coming up with ideas and going the extra mile
  • Eager to learn and progress
  • Ability to use MS Office to a professional standard
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS or Javascript (desired)
  • Meta Blueprint certification (desired)
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 or Google Search Ads 360 (desired)
