Description

The Prescription Clerk provides support to our clinical team in the receipt and preparation of repeat prescriptions for our 26,000 patients.

You will provide a point of contact for patient enquiries about their prescriptions, so resilience is important. You will be liaising on sensitive medical information, so a caring customer service communication style is essential.


Your main role will be coordinating and preparing repeat prescription for our patients, data entry onto patient records, and patient and pharmacy liaison.

Supporting the wider Reception Supervisor Prescription Lead as required.

Monday & Tuesday 9am to 2.30pM/Friday 9am to 2pm


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£10.42 per hour
