This role would suit anyone who is tech savvy and has strong experience within customer service. We are interested in hearing from anyone with retail, hospitality and other customer facing roles.


As a Customer Success Expert, you will be pivotal in delivering an awesome product and service experience for our customers using our online suite of products for our customers and the business.


You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, assisting them with any queries and issues related to their printers.

We require someone who is a problem solver, quick thinking and can thrive in a busy role. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team who will support you in developing your skills.

Key Details

This is a German and English speaking role
  • Must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken):

  • Salary: £13.78 per hour
  • weekly pay.

Schedule: 37.5 per week
  • Monday
  • Friday

Contract length: 37.5 hrs p/w - 1 year Fix Term Contract

Training: Training onsite - 2 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Production: After training, onsite for 3 weeks, then hybrid model based on needs: 1 day a week in the office and for training needs.
