    About the Role

    The Delivery Manager will oversee client relationships, drive project implementation, and manage post-contract initiatives. This position requires strong project management skills, software technology expertise, and knowledge of equities business flows.

    • Onboard new clients on FlexOMS sell-side product and manage existing ones.
    • Cultivate client partnerships for aligned short and long-term goals.
    • Track strategic client issues and progress them through internal groups.
    • Act as a liaison with Sales, Development, and Technical Support departments.
    • Manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Initiate and lead departmental and intra-departmental teams to improve processes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
    • Previous experience in a software product vendor or consultancy services company.
    • Knowledge of equities - trading business flows and markets.
    • Project management experience is a plus.
    • Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and proactive individual.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
