We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school in the Vale of Glamorgan.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students' academic and personal development, working closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onetoone and small group support to students with varying abilities.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Help to manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and implement individualised learning plans.
Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues alike.
Flexibility and adaptability, with a proactive approach to supporting the needs of both students and teachers.
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training in areas such as safeguarding and behavior management.
