Description
Our client within the Digital Public Sector Space requires a proven User Researcher to help with the following programme. You should have an understandingof the service need and introduce ideas and improvements for Beta. Have an understanding of how users will use the new service conducting usability testing, whilst supporting and identifying problems with the service conducting usability testing

Essential skills and experience

Experience of user-centered analysis and design

Experience in using a range of research methods to generate insights

Experience in using qualitative and quantitative methods based on requirements

Experience working in agile software development teams, helping to prioritise features utilising research and problem definition

Experience in doing research for internal mobile-related user needs

Nice to have

Experience in doing user research in the Digital Workplace solutions context

strong communication skills and understanding of Civil service systems and protocols

Able to present recommendations and findings to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
