Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers
Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic math skills for cash handling

Must be able to commute reliably to Sheffield 5 days a week.
