Job description:


Our client, who has a housing stock of around 8,000 and is constantly building new affordable homes for the local community, is looking for an individual who has experience overseeing a team and coordinating subsequent works.

The client is willing to pay a competitive hourly rate, either on a PAYE or Umbrella basis.


DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Directly overseeing, and providing leadership and training to, a team of six to eight schedulers
  • Managing and allocating the work of trade operatives, including raising and amending work orders
  • Completing 121s and development appraisals with members of staff
  • Managing the process of returning to the office following a long period of home working


Our client is looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator, and is confident, clear and assertive when necessary, but most of all they're looking for someone who will be as passionate about excellence as they are.


Working hours:


  • 37.5 hours a week, 8am 4pm, however flexibility on these hours can be discussed if required
