JOB DESCRIPTION:


As people are the most important part of our business, you'll be creating a strategy that impacts our entire future.

You'll be responsible for ensuring we pick the right people to join us and then ensuring we keep them. Culture, training, development, and growth will be key.

Your role is to ensure we have the right people and the right environment to ensure this works in a very professional way.

You'll be starting with a clean sheet which is an exciting opportunity.

  • Experience of recruiting Aplayers and understanding how to identify these people
  • Experience working as a head of HR / people role of other fastgrowth companies
  • Indepth knowledge of HR policies and best practice
  • Responsible for strategy, recruitment and people development
  • Ability to deal with a multicultural, distributed workforce
  • Peopleoriented and resultsdriven
  • Knowledge of how topperforming companies get the best out of people
  • Ability to build HR function from the groundup
  • Development of learning and development programs
  • Development of retention and reward initiatives

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


We are looking for someone to head up our people strategy and help develop an exciting culture in our business.


If you're a follower of people strategies in companies such as Netflix, Google, Amazon or Ritz-Carlton and get excited about recruiting and developing people, we want to hear from you.


  • You should have a very modern and fresh approach to people with proven experience creating results. But, you also need to be excellent at helping develop strategies for recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
  • You'll need to be a gifted communicator who knows how to find the right people to help the business achieve its goals. But equally important is how we develop training, culture, and structure in the business to ensure our great team achieves amazing results.
  • You'll of course need to know all of the legal requirements of HR, the key things we'd expect of a head of this department, and understand performance management techniques and the best ways to recruit, but you'll also need to be a brilliant people person.
  • Of course, a passion for travel helps

PACKAGE:


A competitive salary - £50,000 - £60,000 and great benefits are available; as this company are we're about holidays, they offer some great travel discounts.

Full time equivalent to 37.5 hours per week.

The role is primarily Monday to Friday, but some weekend or evening work is required to fit the needs of the business.
