Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of Nottingham's established specialists within the building and facilities industry who are looking to recruit a Scheduling/Operations Administrator to their expanding team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daytoday service delivery for our key account clients
- Delegating work to engineering and contractors, managing their workload
- Processing works from enquiry stage to aftersales care
- Programming reactive and planned works
Skills & Experience
- Previous scheduling/planning/ coordinating experience advantageous
- Administrative experience essential
- IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident communication skills
- Polite and professional telephone manner
