Description

The NHS Ayrshire & Arran Directorate of Transformation and Sustainability is seeking to recruit a Senior Planning Officer to support the Transformation & Sustainability Directorate on a permanent basis.

You will be required to utilise their extensive skills and experience in the field of strategic and service planning to ensure that the organisation has the necessary data intelligence and planning tools to maximise the impact of safe, effective and person-centred care.

You must be a strong leader, who rises to challenges, but is also able to think calmly and rationally under pressure, with the ability to make reasoned decisions.

Exceptional communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.

The contract location of this role is Ailsa Hospital, however, we are currently working from home. Moving forward we are exploring a more flexible, distributed approach to how we work dependent on service need.
