Role Overview


Fintelligent are supporting a phenomenally high growth SaaS business, with revenues in excess of £50m, in sourcing an ambitious Head of FP&A to oversee all commercial finance activities under an experienced CFO.

Our client have grown 80% YOY, since receivinga significant Private Equity investment, primarily organically and via acquisitions.

As Head of FP&A, you will be spearheading all commercial activities including modelling, forecasting/budgeting, production of key MI to investors and partnering with nonefinance.


Main Duties

  • Producing effective financial models
  • Leading the board pack process including monthly variance analysis
  • Production of key MI to senior stakeholders inc. investors, CFO and CEO
  • Working closely with the investors to support company strategy
  • Supporting EBITDA growth via partnering with none finance
  • Providing strategic leadership and transparency on performance
  • Leading and developing a small team

Person Specification

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Adaptable, comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Highly commercial with experience of producing MI and models
  • Experience of operating in a PE backed business is highly desirable though not essential
  • Ambitious as there will be significant opportunity to progress
