Description

So, you're on the hunt for a part time role something exciting you can get involved in but still get enough hours to yourself during the week. How about an administrator role working on a military estate in support of our Army customers? Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services

If you were the type of child that would lay the bed without getting told to do so, then you're exactly the kind of person this job needs.

You start to think of the solutions before others even see the problems and can stay focused on the most important task at hand.

As a HSE Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Health, Safety and Environmental Team, making sure that the incident reporting system is accurate and updated, tracking and monitoring HSE inspections, and informing team members when documents are due for review.

It is essential for you to be able to build strong working relationships with internal departments as well as external customers and contractors.

And you'll get access to continued training to help further develop your skills, so that when you're ready to move your career to the next level, you'll be prepared.

But first, meet the team

With a 35-year contract, making soldiers' lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.

Seriously, picture a heart (the real one) and imagine how hard it works to keep the body running, making sure every part gets exactly what it needs to thrive.

That's our mission; to deliver a modern, fully serviced, flexible working environment for soldiers.

And just as the heart needs certain parts to keep the body alive, we need the dedication and commitment of our people to support our customers.

We deliver a broad range of services for one-third of the British Army living and working on our patch, and we're proud of the work we do.

We're all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.

In addition to being part of our team, you'll also get
Up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as the option to buy and sell holiday

Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%, plus individual life assurance

A shopping discounts scheme

Employee assistance and health and wellbeing check ins

Reward and recognition to celebrate outstanding achievement

Free on-site parking

Ready to join the team?

You must have a GCSE English and Maths and previous experience of providing administrative support in a demanding and performance driven environment.

You do not need to have experience in Health and Safety. An interest in this would be desirable.

Other desirable qualifications include a Business Administration NVQ, ECDL, or equivalent.

Salary:
£10,800 per annum (20 hours a week)

Location:
Tidworth
