Due to company growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Service Desk team.We are looking for someone with personality and drive to assist in coordinating our busy engineering team.
Role responsibilities:
- Managing engineer diaries
- Answering incoming service phone calls
- Raising and uploading new service calls
- Raising repair quotes
- Ordering spare parts
- Dealing with new enquiries
- Data Entry
Applicant requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Well organised
- I.T literate
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
- Experience an advantage but not a necessity
Salary:
£22,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
