12 month secondment/fixed term contract

Within BSMHFT our community mental health services are well-established and as partof the Birmingham and Solihull community transformation programme, we are looking to expand our primary care teams and primary care practitioner roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of national change and development in the delivery of community mental health care, in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.
