Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a receptionist or a professional services environment
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional demeanor and a customeroriented approach
