Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or a professional services environment
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional demeanor and a customeroriented approach
