Recruitment Consultant Apprentice

APPRENTICESHIP COURSE:
Recruitment Consultant Level 3

Wage:
£20,000 per annum

Working hours:
Shifts of 7am-4pm AND 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday

6pm-10pm once a week on call (not in office)

Annual leave: 28 days including Bank Holidays

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

On the job training of all admiral policies and procedures.
The use of the internal CRM Tracker system
Writing and posting job advertisements
Screening CV's
Conducting telephone interviews
Speaking with clients, sending across CV's

Person specification

Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in the charity sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:

To not already hold an recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
