Testudo Logistics is a US based company that provides healthcare services to the US Dept of Defense and Veterans Affairs department.

We specialize in sourcing highly skilled healthcare and athletic conditioning professionals, occupational therapists, athletic trainers and strength and conditioning coaches.

The main duty of the Family Services Consultant is to communicate and promote all US Airman & Family Readiness Center programs and core services to the RAF Croughton community.

• Coordinating and facilitating classes, seminars, and workshops including: Key Spouse program, Camp Kudos annual event, Newcomers family support information, Air Force Aid, AFR library resource materials, Employment Assistance, Personal Financial Readiness Services, and Community Attic volunteer coordination.
• Providing information about local services and resources offered by the MFRC to the RAF Croughton community.
• Maintain the Military Home Front's Plan My Move database relating to Family Services and keep it up to date.
• Assist customers in completing paperwork for the Key Spouse program, Camp Kudos annual event, Newcomers family support information, Air Force Aid programs (Heart Link, Bundles for Babies, Give Parents a Break, Car Care Program, PCS Care, volunteer Care), AFR library resource materials, Employment Assistance, Personal Financial Readiness Services, and Community Attic volunteer coordination.
• Attend speaking events such as Commander's calls, Spouses' groups, etc. and post on social media pages to promote MFRC programs.
• Coordinate and route all budget requirements related to Family Services through the Sustainment and Family Service Flight Chief.

• Strong written and oral communication skills and be able to efficiently plan and organize, communicate, and manage diverse program requirements.
• Basic computer skills, functional working knowledge of Microsoft programs Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to navigate websites, social media sites, and perform searches on the Internet.
• Not be a current employee of the United States Government.

• 8 hours Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a daily lunch break, not to exceed one hour.
• May occasionally be required to work outside duty hours for special projects, these nonnormal hours will be compensated with compensation time off.
• The M&FRC facility is closed on federal holidays but is open on British holidays and USAFE Family Days.

• Oxford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
