Join a fast-paced team as a Portfolio Administrator of a thriving Investment Management firm.

They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional support to the IFA's and clients alike.


You will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, accurate data management, timely resolution of queries and effective communication to deliver excellent client service.

You will manage your own workload, work effectively in a team, and maintain policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for IFA's and clients
  • Deliver exceptional client servicing by managing the process effectively
  • Manage client transactions (payments/transfers)
  • Create meeting packs for client/IFA meetings.
  • Maintain policies, manage client queries, and efficient communication to provide up to date information to clients & IFA's.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in computer software, and
  • Methodical with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in financial services would be of interest.
  • Value teamwork, initiative, and a positive attitude
  • Understanding of working in regulatory environments and Investment products would also be useful.
