Business Transformation Manager, Taxation Manager/Consultant, ATT, CTA, Part Remote, Part London
Business Transformation Manager required to work for a Professional Services organisation based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this will be partially remote and part-London based.

We need someone who is working within an Accountancy practice but, more specifically, within Taxation.

Ideally you be working within a Taxation vertical and will be looking for a change, but not wanting to completely lose the taxation skills you have builtover time.

If you have any qualifications such as ATT, CTA or even ACA, this would be useful.


This role is to help take the company on a transformation journey and help change the face of how the company operates with their taxation clients.

There is a system in place right now and lots of documents have to be produced in order for a major migrationto be conducted.

You will be working closely with the Quality & Risk team implementing governance, controls and revising guidance.


The team is in its infancy, so this is a great opportunity to grow and move on to bigger and better things within the firm.


Requirements:


  • Taxation background and solid knowledge (preferably ATT, CTA or ACA qualified)
  • It is preferable if you already work for a midlarge sized Accountancy practice, but not essential
  • Proactive, with a keen interest to understand the business workings of the firm
  • Analytical and able to form logical paths based on gathered evidence
  • Organisational skills to help manage and delivery sections of a project
  • A selfstarter able to use initiative to move parts of the project forward
  • Pragmatic and deliveryfocused
  • Effective communicator able to influence at all levels of organisation
