Description

General responsibilities:

Provide support to the Fundraising team as they handle Individual Giving, In Memoriam and Legacy donations


Responsibilities specific to the role:

Help to develop Fundraising materials for advocacy and supporter engagement

Provide administrative support for the delivery of Fundraising campaigns

Help to raise awareness of Legacy/Gift in Will fundraising opportunities with supporters

Accurately record Legacy donations and donations made in memory of individuals, ensuring donors are thanked appropriately


Qualifications and Educational requirements:

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications


Preferred Skills and Experiences
Genuine interest in the cause supported by the International Organisation for Peace-building and Social Justice (PSJ UK)

Experience of supporting the delivery of fundraising campaigns is desirable

Experience of supporter/customer care and working with financial processes including Gift Aid is preferable

Good interpersonal skills - ability to deal sensitively with supporters

Understanding of the current principles and laws relating to Data Protection

Able to strictly observe confidentiality.
