Our clients, a well-respected independent residential lettings and estate agency, are seeking a Viewing Representative for their busy Lettings department on a part-time basis.

Our client can offer full training and the opportunity to work with their close-knit lettings team based in Norwich.

They are a prestigious and highly respected Agency providing only the very best reliable and friendly customer service. Solely recognising that lettings and estate agency is primarily about people.

Working Days:

As a Viewing Representative, you will be required to work 3 days per week including a Saturday (hours to be agreed)

The successful Viewing Representative will be offered:

A competitive hourly rate will be depending on experience
Ongoing training & support
Use of pool car
Business mileage when using own vehicle

To be considered for the Viewing Representative position ideally, you should have:

A Lettings, Sales or Retail Background and be a Team Player
An interest in property and the Property Industry
Excellent customer service skills
An outgoing personality and the ability to communicate at all levels
A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

As a Viewing Representative, your role will involve:

Attending viewings throughout Norfolk
Preparing properties for marketing, including photography
Matching applicants requirements & arranging viewings
General officebased administrative duties at any of our office locations.
