The Role

In this position you will create and manage budgets, recruit and manage staff, control costs, maximise income, manage systems and procedures.
Forge and cascade an organisational culture throughout the whole business which reflects local individuality and the brand
Provide clear leadership and direction for the business and act as a role model to all employees

The Person

You will need to have proven success managing a dealership; sales, service and parts.
The ability to effectively demonstrate innovation, communication, leadership and resilience is crucial in this role and for working within this group
A proven track record driving a business forward

The Package

The successful applicant will be offered a basic between
£70,000 - £75,000 with a realistic bonus taking the on-target earnings of
£110,000.

Plus, a company car and various other benefits.
