About the role you're considering:

Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role:

Responsibility for completing assigned works within time frames associated to the works

Requests completion

Undertaking Project Tasks in support of both internal and external Project Managers

Undertaking NSR Tasks to agreed timescales

Effective Customer handling

Your skills and experience:

Microsoft Windows O/S (Windows 10 & Windows 7) - working knowledge of build, configuration, and registry settings

Desktop hardware architecture - predominately HP desktop and laptops

Microsoft Office suite - configuration, templates, macros, add-ins, advanced features, and user preference configuration

Active Directory - basic administration, User configuration

Networks experience to include an understanding of LAN/WAN/vLAN and Wi-Fi technologies, DHCP, DNS/WINS, PXE and VPN/remote connectivity

Automation - Understanding of Scripting technologies such as PowerShell, VB Scripting, and batch Files

Security - disk encryption using bit locker, NTFS permissions and shared folder security

Computer peripherals - including but not limited to printers (including MFD's), display screens, docking stations, port replicators, cameras and scanners

Working Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software (ServiceNow)

Your security clearance:

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
