  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain organized and tidy reception area

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in office procedures and phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry
  • Experience in using Emis and Docman is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
