As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain organized and tidy reception area
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficient in office procedures and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry
- Experience in using Emis and Docman is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
