- Accurately processing invoices and credit notes.
- Assisting with monthly statement reconciliations.
- Handling queries from suppliers and other departments within the company.
- Processing employee expenses and maintaining petty cash.
- Supporting the team with monthend closing activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Accounts Payable Admin should have:
- A strong foundation in Accounting & Finance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to handle queries.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
