RPS is seeking an
Area Contract Supervisor to work closely with the
South-West Wales Project Manager and Field Team Leaders.

In this role you will ensure the safe and efficient provision of ALC leakage services to a high standard whilst also ensuring a high level of customer service, technical excellence and compliance, including the updating of the integrated management system and delivery.

This is a permanent, full time (40 hrs pw) role and will cover the South-West Wales region.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a point of contact for our clients Operations Supervisor
  • Taking responsibility for Risk Assessment and Health & Safety Management including incident and accident reporting
  • Produce clear and up to date status reports for the Senior Management Team, identifying progress and key issues, and ensuring KPI delivery and driving continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance of all teams to approved technical procedures and management of the company's integrated management system
  • Development of the team's skills to provide the range of services required
  • Tracking and driving the performance of Field team leaders
  • Formalisation and submission of incident and accident reports
  • Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Who we're looking for

  • A successful track record of leading a team, with the ability to motivate, influence, negotiate and performance manage
  • A strong commitment to Health and Safety
  • Outstanding customer service ethos and track record
  • Able to meet strict client and company targets
  • Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of MS office suite and work management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of success in a similar environment
  • IOSH Managing Safely or similar
  • Full UK driving licence
