Centre Manager (Chatham) Location Chatham

Contract:
Full time, Permanent

Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are currently looking for a Centre Manager in our Chatham office to deliver our contractual targets and KPIs whilst ensuring a motivational and inspiring journey for our learners

The role will require excellent networking and relationship building skills along with the ability to influence and manage external referral relationships to improve the profitability of the centre.

You need to be self-motivated, ambitious, highly organised and able to work to deadlines.

Centre Manager Requirements:

Experience of Supervising or Managing a team delivering performance against financial and KPI targets
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Excellent attention to detail with experience of working in compliance orientated role
Sales or networking experience
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
