    Healthcare Assistant

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant. In this role, you will provide person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring they feel safe, secure, and content.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide assistance with personal care, activities, and companionship to residents
    • Be alert to residents' needs, health, and wellbeing
    • Respect the dignity and privacy of all residents
    • Work collaboratively with residents and their families to deliver tailored care
    • Assist with mealtime and safe moving
    • Maintain accurate records for each resident

    Qualifications and Experience

    No formal qualifications are required; however, holding a relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification may attract an increased rate of pay. Experience within the care sector is preferred but not essential.

    Rate of Pay: £12.21 or £12.53 p/h (for NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)

    2 x 36.75 hrs – Shifts are on a rota basis with alternate weekends
